We spend so much of our time during pregnancy focusing on growing a healthy baby and then after delivery, we spend so much of our time and energy focused on our newborn. It is easy to forget that we need to be care for also!
This group was created to do just that - focus solely on you!
This group is useful at any stage of motherhood because, honestly, we could often use a reminder to think about ourselves!
Topics we will explore will include:
How are you managing your health?
Who's on your team, who's in your community?
How is your rest and sleep hygiene?
How are you adding things that are meaningful back into your day? How are exploring new hobbies, If old things are no longer attainable or serving you at the moment?
The sense of losing some (or most) of your autonomy during motherhood and how to gain some of that back.
Discover the things that light you up just for yourself, not in relation to your family, for family management or connected to being a mom.
There is truth behind the idea of not being able to pour from an open cup. But almost more importantly, when we put time and attention into ourselves and our living a whole, fulfilling life - the benefits trickle down through the rest of our family.
